claim, we want to ensure that you receive quick, efficient and
hassle-free service. If you need to make a claim, our Claims Charter
guarantees that:
Your claim will be acknowledged within seven working days.
Your claim will be finalised and dispatched within ten working days,
providing that all the essential documentation has been received and is
satisfactory.
Your claim will be looked after by an appointed claims assistant who
will be fully responsible for all aspects of your claim on a daily
basis.
If your claim is not valid under the terms and conditions of the
insurance, we will provide a clear explanation for the reasons.
